When your PC has been broken, by hard disk crash or the other reasons, and cannot return the IJCAD License, it may happen not to recognize the IJCAD License in the new environment because it is already issued.
In this case, try to follow the next re-issue procedure.
- Confirm the condition of "License Re-issue Application form and pledge" and fill in the necessary information. Send it by Email as an attached file.
- Install IJCAD newly to your new PC by the same way as before, and apply the License again.
- Note that it takes a few business days to re-issue the License.
