Due to hard disk damage or sudden PC failure IJCAD license cannot be returned,
If you authenticate IJCAD in the new environment, it can not be validated as an issued license.
In such a case, please apply for reissue by following the procedure below.

- Please check the contents of the license reissue application and pledge, fill in the required items and submit by fax or e-mail.
Please download the license reissue application and pledge from the end of this article.
- We will reply to you by email when the reissue process is complete.
- After receiving an email, install it on a new PC using the same procedure, then apply for a license.
Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days to authenticate when reissuing the license.
If you want to receive email authentication on the new machine after reissuing,
send a license information file for a smooth process.
