When the hatching display position is necessary to tune, try the next command.
- Set the origin point（_hatchsetorigin）
When you execute the command, first select the target hatching to move, then click right button of the mouse and select "Set the origin".

Even in some of the old version of IJCAD, the hatching edit might be possible.
