How to deal with if you were authenticated by Windows 10 updates the IJCAD license

※ IJCAD 2015 previous product, so we do not do the operation guarantee of Windows 10, or upgrading the IJCAD, please use return the OS to Windows 7 or 8.1.

 

When you update to Windows 10 from Windows 7/8, If you use a stand-alone license, because the license authentication would have been solved, in front of the version-up, you'll need to return the license of IJCAD. (In Windows Update timing of Windows10, the case where the license would corrupt has been reported.)

If the OS had been upgraded / updated with unintended timing, you will be prompted to authenticate again will corrupt your license for the stand-alone version, but because of the state that are not returned will fail authentication.

If you've been in such a situation, it will be be asked to go to apply for re-issue, you verify the status of the license in the following procedure, please contact activation support.

* Client PC side of the USB version and the network version of this issue does not matter.

 

procedure

  1. Click the [Windows] button on the desktop.
  2. Select all apps → your IJCAD product of item → [IJCAD License Manager].
  3. It opens a dialog [IJCAD License Management.
  4. Product name in the dialog, state, please check the matters that are described in the authentication flag.


  5. And capture images of the dialog, company name, contact name, phone number, serial key, on top of the fill effect that has been updated in Windows 10,
    please contact the "activation_support@intelli.jp".

 

<Note>

To return the license before the upgrade / update to Windows 10, if you go to activate after the upgrade / update, No license is broken.

IJCAD 2016 is if there is a network environment, you can be carried out by license authentication and return online.
