How to deal when the Menu only displays Express or Plus

If the standard Menu of IJCAD cannot be displayed by some reason, try the following process to recover :

   1. Select the Option button in the IJCAD application icon.
   

   2. When you open the Option / File label window, open the "Customization Files" / "Main Customization File" item. 
     

   3. If the Main Customize File item is not set to "gcad.cuix", select the "gcad.cuix" file from [Reference] button. Standard "gcad.cuix" file can be found in the following folder. Please apply "<>" name according to your PC usage. 

    • IJCAD 2014 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R13.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix
    • IJCAD 2015 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R15.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix
    • IJCAD 2016 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R16.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix

  1. Click the "Apply" button in the Option Dialoque (The display will be updated.)
  2. Finish the setting with "OK" button. 
  3. Once close IJCAD, and restart IJCAD after about 10 seconds.
  4. Confirm if the standard menu is correctly displayed.

 

If the standard menu is displayed but the menu is partially undisplayed, or has a command which cannot work, the main menu might have defect. In this case, try to delete the "gcad.cuix" file refered in item "3." and restart IJCAD.
