Applicable Products : IJCAD 2014 / 2015 / 2016
If the standard Menu of IJCAD cannot be displayed by some reason, try the following process to recover :
1. Select the Option button in the IJCAD application icon.
2. When you open the Option / File label window, open the "Customization Files" / "Main Customization File" item.
3. If the Main Customize File item is not set to "gcad.cuix", select the "gcad.cuix" file from [Reference] button. Standard "gcad.cuix" file can be found in the following folder. Please apply "<>" name according to your PC usage.
- IJCAD 2014 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R13.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix
- IJCAD 2015 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R15.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix
- IJCAD 2016 : C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\IntelliJapan\IJCAD <Grade>\R16.0\ja-JP\support\gcad.cuix
- Click the "Apply" button in the Option Dialoque (The display will be updated.)
- Finish the setting with "OK" button.
- Once close IJCAD, and restart IJCAD after about 10 seconds.
- Confirm if the standard menu is correctly displayed.
If the standard menu is displayed but the menu is partially undisplayed, or has a command which cannot work, the main menu might have defect. In this case, try to delete the "gcad.cuix" file refered in item "3." and restart IJCAD.
